Alberto Jona has spoken about Controluce Shadow Theatre experience in staging opera at the convention-workshop "Puppetry in Opera" organized by Puppet Centre at the Barbican of London with music and figure theatre historians, stage directors and artists such as William Kentridge, David Pountney, Penny Francis, Stefan Fichert, Daniel Snowman, Nori Sawa and Anna Karinsdotter.
